Yes, but with the provision that you put foor paper on top of the vinyl or linoleum floor first.

No. There is already stepping sound insulation in the floor heating mat.

Yes you can, provided you cover the concrete floor with a Polyethylene film barrier first.

We do not recommend that due to the temperature variation such an installation will encounter.
